How does therapy work?

Initial consultation – Free

A free 15 minute initial telephone consultation to decide if this type of therapy is right for you. If it is then we book an assessment appointment.

Assessment appointments £70

Assessment appointments last up to 60 minutes. We will look in depth at your difficulties and your personal history.  We will discuss treatment options and I can answer any questions you have regarding treatment.

Individual sessions £65

50 minute sessions, during which we will begin our agreed therapy.

What areas does Nolan focus on?

I focus on depression and anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, health anxiety and relationship issues, offering tailored evidence-based treatments. I also work with people that suffer with long term health conditions and medically unexplained symptoms.

How is therapy delivered?

Currently all sessions are provided 1:1 via on-line video

Over Two Decades of Expertise

I am an accredited cognitive behavioral psychotherapist with the BABCP in addition to being a registered mental health nurse. I have 24+ years experience of working with people with mental health difficulties predominantly within the NHS where I still currently work as a High Intensity CBT therapist. As a member of the BABCP I work to their standards of conduct and ethics.  All of my therapy work is clinically supervised in accordance with the BABCP Code of Conduct.
